Happy holidays! I hope you all had a great Christmas weekend!

I'm glad to say I had a great time over the past few days with my dear friends (thus not being around for a few days, lol)! It was really nice, being able to have a staycation with my closest friends and eating lots of good food, playing games, watching stuff together… It was the first time in a while all four of us could meet too, since we hadn't been able to do so either due to Covid restrictions, or our schedules no up.

I baked quite a number of cookies and even tried my hand at a tiramisu cake for this Christmas gathering! It's been a really long time since I've done so, actually – I used to bake cookies and share them with classmates or colleagues, but since remote working began, I haven't really baked… Plus, I haven't been able to meet many friends to give them baked goods, so this gathering was a great time to restart this hobby of mine?

How did everyone spend their Christmas weekend? Did you stay at home, or do a Christmas staycation like I did? Did you get to eat lots of good food (whether homemade or in restaurants)? Did you receive presents you wanted?
